If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our web site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.     This information will be provided to you free of charge, unless we determine that your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. You may request this information twice in a 12-month period.

The Right of Deletion

You have the right to request that we and our service providers delete any Personal Information about yourself that we have collected from you upon receipt of a verifiable request. This right is subject to exceptions.

Verifying Requests:

We cannot comply with your requests unless we are able to verify your identity. A request is verifiable when it:

  • Describes your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Right to Equal Service

We will not discriminate against you because you exercised any of your rights, including, but not limited to, by:

  • Denying goods or services to you;
  • Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
