Auto Truck Group LLC and Auto Truck Kargo Equipment LLC operate Holman’s Manufacturing & Distribution division.  This Privacy Policy describes how Holman’s Manufacturing & Distribution division (referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our” throughout) collects and uses personal information.  It describes how we collect and use the personal information you may provide on while you interact with our websites.  It also describes your choices regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

Do Not Track Signals

There is currently no industry agreed-upon response to a Do Not Track signal.  At this time, our Site does not respond differently based on a user’s Do Not Track signal.

Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Holman. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit.


Some of our pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to or from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our site. Please be aware that when you are interacting with this framed content, you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to Holman Enterprises.


If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our web site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Data Access Requests (The Right to Know):

You have the right to request that we disclose the Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose about you to third parties. There are two types of Right to Know requests you can make:

  • Right to Know (Abbreviated Request): If you make a Right to Know (Abbreviated Request), you will receive the following information about you:

  • Categories of sources from which that information was collected;
  • The business or commercial purpose(s) for which the information was collected;

This information will be provided to you free of charge, unless we determine that your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. You may request this information twice in a 12-month period.

The Right of Deletion

You have the right to request that we and our service providers delete any Personal Information about yourself that we have collected from you upon receipt of a verifiable request. This right is subject to exceptions.

Verifying Requests:

We cannot comply with your requests unless we are able to verify your identity. A request is verifiable when it:

  • Provides sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
  • Describes your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.


Right to Equal Service

We will not discriminate against you because you exercised any of your rights, including, but not limited to, by:

  • Denying goods or services to you;
  • Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
  • Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you; or
