Our employees have focused their corporate social responsibility on supporting our communities for more than 70 years, resulting in more than £1 million raised annually.

From painting a local community centre, working in soup kitchens, to holding a rock concert, we support our employees in making a difference in their communities and causes close to their hearts.

As operations grow across the globe, Holman is mindful of the impacts that this growth has on the environment. We continuously seek ways to limit this impact using our corporate social responsibility, so every project and service includes critical environmental goals.

We’ve invested in LED lighting with motion sensors, recycling, electric vehicle charging stations, and water bottle filling stations to drive efficiency and reduce waste. This commitment has seen us receive the ISO 14001:2015 standard for environmental management.
