Holman's Corporate Social Responsibility
Holman knows our company is intricately connected to jobs, economies and the natural environment. That’s why we take a long-term view and invest heavily and responsibly in the future. It is our obligation and privilege to give back to the community not just at the corporate level, but at the employee level too.

Sustainability: Minimizing our environmental footprint by implementing sustainable operating practices and engaging our employees/partners and customers in the adoption of environmentally friendly practices themselves.
Community: To invest in social impact by supporting charitable organizations located in the communities where we operate with an emphasis on underserved populations and causes meaningful to our employees/partners.
Making Communities Strong Together
Holman believes in giving back to the communities in which we live and work. That’s why we started Holman Community Engagement programs, which include charitable giving, community grants, and community sponsorships.
Holman is an active supporter of many charitable causes, including community support, health-focused organizations, research organizations and more.

We are deeply committed to our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Not only do we believe in having a company as diverse as the communities we serve, but we know that having a supplier base equally as diverse is critical to fostering innovation. Holman is a certified woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC), and we are proud to be the first and only full-service fleet management company to be certified by the WBENC.
Supporting Individual Efforts
We empower our people to help their communities by funding those causes to which they are personally connected. Every employee is eligible to request a financial donation from the company annually that will directly benefit their chosen charity.
Taking Care of Our Own
Unforeseen events can create sudden, urgent difficulty. The Holman Employee Lifeline Program (H.E.L.P.) is an emergency crisis fund to help employees who are victims of natural or civic disasters, or who are impacted by an unforeseen and sudden hardship.
Protecting Our Planet
As operations grow across the globe, Holman is mindful of the impacts that this growth has on the environment. We are continuously seeking ways to limit this impact, which is why every project and service includes key environmental goals. Most of our New Jersey service facilities are certified by the NJ Green Automotive Repair Program for fostering the implementation of green practices.
