R&H Management becomes Holman Enterprises.
Holman acquires the first of two major vehicle outfitting companies to build custom, complex fleet vehicles.
A Rolls-Royce/Bentley dealership, which grew into Holman Motorcars Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Holman acquires a small fleet leasing company, expanding presence to Canada. That same year, it also expands into Mexico.
Holman becomes a global company by acquiring fleet leasing companies in the United Kingdom and Germany.
Company announces the ONE Holman initiative and names Joseph Holman Chairman Emeritus, Mindy Holman Chair, Carl Ortell CEO, and Brian Bates COO
