Celebrate Holman During Certification Nation

This year our organization has officially become one company, one brand, with one mission – Driving What’s Right – for our customers, our communities, and our employees. The annual Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey has allowed us to listen to the voices that drive our organization every day. Together we have learned that only by making the voices of our employees heard,  understanding how they feel about their workplace, and taking action on that feedback can we live up to the Holman Way values and principles.

Utilizing the Great Place to Work Survey has been an integral tool in helping us to create and support an environment that produces a rewarding career and a better life for our people and their families. By taking into consideration the thoughts of our employees, we’ve been able to invest in our culture in impactful ways and have proudly become recognized as GPTW Certified!
