FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Fleet Management Software

Our fleet management software helps you not to lose sight of the big picture and to make strategic decisions.

What does our fleet management software offer?

Our web-based fleet management reporting platform called “Holman Insights” runs on a powerful analytics module that processes data much faster than traditional reporting tools. This gives fleet managers a real-time view of the actual condition of the entire fleet. However, the perspective can also be focused on individual vehicles or vehicle groups.

Various functions for better data analysis

The systems and tools give users customizable dashboards with key metrics and actionable messages (e.g., mass emails with Bcc function), fleet information, and detailed reports for fleet management. Even ad-hoc reports to customers that used to take several days or weeks to create can now be processed in seconds, enabling much better data analysis. We are thus setting new standards in terms of speed, flexibility and user-friendliness.

This Data is Collected

The following data is visible with our fleet management software among many others: master data, fuel, mileage, repair and maintenance, costs (TCO), supplier invoices, damages, tolls, contracts, appointments. All data can be shared, displayed/reported as a graph and sent from the software solution system.

Software Included in Basic Package

With us, the fleet management software is included free of charge in the basic package, as data collection forms the basis of our work as fleet managers. You benefit from a clear overview and data that you can process for yourself.

Transparency First

Holman receives all your invoices and digitizes them so the data is visible to you in Holman Insights – simplifying your management. We even go so far as to encrypt everything at the component level to really dig deep into the data analysis. Since transparency is our top priority, we also store all individual invoices for you in our software solution.

“Holman is our trusted fleet partner. Not only do we value the team’s expertise and professionalism, but their technology solutions are truly game-changing.”Name: Holman customer”

  • What does fleet management software offer?

Our web-based fleet management reporting platform called “Holman Insights” runs on a powerful analytics module that processes data much faster than traditional reporting tools. • How can I use fleet management software for Big Data?

You can use ad hoc reports as well as exploratory analyses of the data with just a few clicks. What does that mean specifically? For example, you can look at spend per vehicle or compare operating costs per vehicle.

Using this method, you can determine, for example:

    • Whether the average cost of repairs has remained roughly the same, but the number of breakdowns has increased.
    • Where breakdowns have occurred, directly on a map.
    • Other examples of vehicle management data analysis:
    • Which types and models have the most breakdowns?
    • Which repair shops perform the most repairs?
    • At what mileage do most failures occur?
  • What exactly can I analyze with the fleet management software?

The following data among many others are visible with our fleet management software. All data can be shared, displayed/reported as graphs and sent from the system.

    • Master Data: Here you can find everything about the fleet inventory. You can view how your fleet has developed in terms of numbers over the years. You can view your fleet sorted by cost center, country or vehicle type, among other things.
    • Fuel: How much fuel of which type was filled up in which time and at what price? Who consumes how much? What is the average consumption?
    • Mileage: Who drove how much? How many cars drove a certain number of kilometers? How many kilometers are driven on average per vehicle type?
    • Repair and maintenance: Are the fleet vehicles properly maintained? Is there a correlation between frequency of maintenance and frequency of certain damages? How much is spent on damage in a particular cost center?
    • Costs (TCO): All types of costs can be viewed here and related to the various vehicles or vehicle groups. The goal is, among other things, to determine the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This means: all types of costs and their amount for the acquisition, use, operation and disposal of a product. This gives you a transparent analysis of how much vehicles really cost and allows you to make adjustments if necessary.
    • Supplier invoices: This is partly about collecting data, and partly about very practical things. In this section you can collect and view supplier invoices. Be it for control or as an archive function.
    • Damages: In the damage section not only the accidents are documented (photos of the damage, protocols etc.), but also the damage file is kept. This way, the fleet manager can always keep track of what the status is after an accident. Since claims settlement is a particularly communication-intensive area, the general-purpose communication tools are especially practical here. This way, you can share the status with your insurer or with the driver via email.
    • Tolls: Highway tolls can be recorded, compared and viewed.
    • Contracts: The software functions not only as an analysis tool, but also as an archive. All relevant contracts can be accessed by vehicle, group, cost center, etc.
    • Dates: End of lease, mandatory maintenance, insurance deadlines – no fleet manager can afford to miss certain dates, appointments or deadlines. That’s why the fleet management software is rounded off by a professionally focused calendar of appointments.
  • What does the fleet management software cost?

We offer the fleet management software free of charge as part of the basic package, since data collection is the basis of our work as fleet managers.

  • On which devices does the fleet management software run?

The fleet software runs as an online web application and can be used with all standard computers and browsers – including smartphones. Likewise, we provide your drivers with the Holman Insights app.

  • Can only specialists operate the fleet management software?

No, the fleet management software is easy to understand and operate. The interface can be very customized, for example, you can display only a few relevant pieces of data at first glance. When it comes to analysis, experience helps, of course. The better you understand your fleet, the more you can read from the data. We don’t leave you alone in this and help you train your “data eye”.
