FUEL CARD MANAGEMENT

Fuel Card Management

Holman fleet management fuel cards give your drivers access to Europe’s largest service station networks and allow cashless payment of fuel, tolls and more.

Your Advantages

The advantages of using fleet management fuel cards are obvious: high price advantages, costs can be easily and clearly kept in view and controlled, less effort in administration due to total invoices and the European-wide use from one provider let users benefit. We advise you on the choice and use of fuel cards.

Employees pay securely by PIN entry, do not advance money and no longer have to submit receipts. In addition to cashless, convenient payment for fuel, other vehicle-related services such as car washing, toll payment, engine oil change and much more are included, depending on the provider. Gas station finder and route planner also save unnecessary detours.

The employer always keeps track of expenses – and has less administrative work. An overall invoice in a regular billing cycle facilitates financial planning.

Vehicles can be refueled at all points of acceptance for the fuel card in Germany and abroad – especially at low-price filling stations, this results in high price advantages. Costs incurred can be kept under control through simple fuel card management: We provide fleet management fuel cards that display all data via our fleet management software Insights.
