Holman Enterprises Fleet Services & Solutions

Nick joined Holman UK as Managing Director in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the logistics industry. Prior to joining Holman, he held leadership positions including Managing Director of Samworth Brothers Distribution, CEO of Fowler Welch and CEO of Gist, alongside a number of Non-Executive roles.  

Throughout his career, Nick has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability, embracing data and technological advances. He has a proven track record of fostering collaboration between customers and suppliers, and brings extensive experience in balancing commercial success with operational excellence.  

On joining Holman, Nick spoke of his excitement about becoming part of a business with a strong culture and a compelling suite of services and supportive ownership. 

David became our Chief Operating Officer in 2024, overseeing all enterprise-wide operations across Operations, Supply Chain, and IT. Between 2025 and 2026, David served as our Interim Managing Director, but has since returned to his role as COO while continuing to support our corporate clients. 

Prior to joining Holman, David served as a Non‑Executive Director at Ford & Slater and built a distinguished 30‑year career at Ryder, including more than a decade as Managing Director. During this time, he led significant business growth and strategic acquisitions, with a consistent focus on developing people and creating opportunities for talent across the organisation. 

Rory joined Holman in 2016 and has progressed from Head of Asset Funding to Sales Director, and now Commercial Director. He leads the Sales, Marketing & Product Development, and Client Relations teams across the UK, with unified approach to growth. He facilities the support of businesses in all aspects of fleet funding, management, driver risk, and their journey to zero emissions. 

Prior to Holman, Rory was a Corporate Business Development Manager at GE Capital, and Lloyds Banking before this. He holds a degree in Management Organisations from Loughborough University and a CIMA in Financial Accounting.

Nimesh is the Customer Success Director leading our relationship with BT Group and Openreach, and holds overall responsibility for operational excellence for this large customer and its subsidiaries. He joined the business back in 2017 as a Strategic Account Manager, and was promoted to Director of Service Delivery in 2022, supporting some of the UK’s best-known operators with the sole focus of delivering them a safe, compliant and productive fleet.

Prior to joining Holman, Nimesh held roles in Openreach, BT Group, and BT Fleet where he was Senior Customer Account Manager with BT Fleet. Nimesh has a BA degree in Business Management from Coventry University. 

Catherine joined Holman in 2023 as Head of Human Resources for the UK. Here, she focuses on creating a workplace culture that fosters employee engagement, development, and retention. She is highly skilled in change management and succession planning and has been recognised for her ability to both lead high-performing teams and drive strategic HR initiatives. 

Bringing 22 years of HR leadership experience from Ryder, she has a proven track record in driving strategic business growth and transformation. As an experienced People Director, Catherine excels in talent management, organisational development, and employee relations. 

Stacey joined Holman UK in 2024 as our IT Director, bringing over 20 years of experience and proven track record of delivering technology transformation. In her role, Stacey is responsible for shaping and driving Holman’s UK technology strategy, overseeing critical systems and digital solutions, including the management and ongoing development of our dedicated fleet driver app.  

Prior to joining Holman, Stacey served as Director, CIO Operations and Group IT Director at BMI Group, where she led global technology strategy, large-scale digital transformation programmes, and a global IT function. 

Since joining Holman in 2026, Hannah has been Holman UK’s Head of Legal. Day-to-day, she provides legal advice on contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She has built strong relationships across the company, providing expert support where it’s needed and helping teams navigate complex legal challenges with confidence. 

Prior to her employment at Holman, Hannah worked at Corpay as Head of Legal in the UK and Europe. Here she provided strategic legal guidance to businesses within the international fleet sector. She aligned legal strategies with business objectives through working with the senior leadership teams.  

Steven joined the Holman UK team in 2022 as our FP&A Commercial Finance Lead and has recently been promoted to Director of Finance. Since joining, he has worked closely with the commercial team to enhance our new business processes and implement robust financial forecasting for the UK business, and has developed strong relationships throughout the business and has consistently delivered exceptional leadership.    

Before working with Holman, Steven had amassed over two decades of experience in senior finance roles across financial services and technology-based organisations. Prior to joining us, Steven was Finance Director for Capita Mortgage Software Solutions & Synaptic Software. In this role, he was responsible for budgetary and financial control across the two businesses. Steven has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and History from the University of Hull. 

Melinda “Mindy” Holman represents the third generation of Holman leadership at this family-owned and operated global automotive services company. As Board Chair, Mindy ensures the company continues to uphold the values established by her grandfather, who founded the company in 1924, as well as her father before her. She also steers the Board in setting growth and development strategies that will strengthen the company for generations to come. Mindy joined the Holman organization in 1986 as a management trainee and then served in various capacities in our dealerships, up to and including General Manager, before becoming Vice President of Holman in 1994. She later served as President and then Chief Executive Officer of Holman before becoming the Board Chair in 2015. The Holman organization is especially committed to supporting community organizations, both financially and through personal involvement. In this way also, Mindy leads by example. Her current board affiliations include Moorestown Friends School, and Urban Promise International, where she serves at Chair.

Carl has been with the Holman organization for more than 36 years.  He was the CEO of Holman from 2015 – 2023.  Prior to becoming the CEO of Holman, Carl was the president of the organization’s fleet management division. During his time within that division, he served in multiple operational and financial positions with increasing responsibility, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer prior to becoming president. He was a leader within the industry as well and was long active in many of the industry’s leading professional associations, including NAFA and the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA). He eventually came to serve as the President of AALA after having served as Vice President of State Government Affairs for the organization. He also served as president and chairman of Global Fleet Services, Inc. (GFS) from 2005 to 2010, a premier alliance of fleet leasing companies founded in 1994 offering comprehensive solutions to businesses worldwide. Carl has a BS in Accounting from LaSalle University. Carl and his wife Kim live in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Chris’ strategic vision for leveraging Holman’s truly unique core competencies across the company’s diverse collection of automotive-centric businesses is driven by his profound understanding of our customers’ needs and his extensive experience, spanning multiple countries and business units. He joined ARI’s Canadian client services team in 1994 and then went on to serve in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada. Chris became senior vice president and chief operating officer of ARI’s Canadian business and then served as president of ARI from 2015 to 2018 where he was the key architect of ARI’s expansion into the European market. Today, Chris provides executive oversight to all of Holman Enterprises’ operating companies who deliver innovative, technology-driven automotive solutions to commercial and consumer segments around the globe. Chris attended the University of Ottawa and the Queen’s School of Business.

Kathy joined the company in 1991 as General Counsel. Prior to that, she was a partner with the law firm of Whitmore, Kay & Steven in Palo Alto, California. In 2015, she became Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Holman Enterprises and is responsible for Holman Enterprises’ corporate, external and legal affairs. Kathy’s role has grown over time to include risk management as well. She received her B.A. from Mt. Holyoke College in 1977 and her J.D. from Santa Clara Law School in 1982.

Frank joined Holman Automotive in 1981. He was appointed Vice President/General Manager of Saturn of Mount Laurel in 1992, Vice President/General Manager of Saturn of Turnersville in 1993, Saturn of English Creek in 1996, and went on to serve as Vice President/General Manager of Holman Motorcars and Holman Infiniti in 1999. In 2006, he became Vice President of Resource Development for Holman Enterprises.

Chris started his career with ARI in Canada in June of 2010 as Vice President of Finance. Then in August of 2013 Chris transitioned to Vice President of Finance at Holman Enterprises. Prior to working for ARI he worked for BMW for seven years starting as Treasurer and was quickly promoted to the Director of Tax; after which he was promoted to Corporate Controller. Before working for BMW he worked for three years at General Motors of Canada and four years at KPMG.

Bob joined ARI in 1989 and managed three fleet management services areas before being promoted to director of fleet services in 2001 and then vice president of operations in 2005. He advanced to senior vice president of fleet management services in 2011. From 2013 to 2018, Bob served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, using his vast strategic and operational experience to oversee ARI’s North American vehicle supply chain, licensing and compliance, remarketing, fleet management and call center teams as well as global product management. Appointed president in 2018, Bob leads all of ARI’s global operations. Bob also oversees Holman Insurance Services, Holman’s commercial and consumer insurance division. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Albright College.
