Our fleet administrators report on and manage the administration around vehicles subject to congestion and toxicity charges and tolls.
Holman manages fuel cards with many fuel card suppliers (including preferred providers) and acts as your driver’s point of contact for replacements, pins and more.
To ensure the minimum amount of downtime, we will let you know which of your vehicles have an RFL due in six weeks, run records and insurance check records, and, if necessary, schedule an MOT before acquiring the RFL.
Our Fines and Taxation team will oversee driver contact, fine payment and general admin associated with any correspondence relevant to the vehicle or nominated driver.
