Alongside this, we continued to invest in what matters most: our people, our customers, and our communities.

In 2025, Holman sustained its Great Place to Work® Certification, with 84% of employees saying it’s a great place to work.
We raised £40,500 at our annual Charity Golf Day and continued to support community initiatives including Let’s Feed Brum and local litter‑picking projects.
We also celebrated 10 years of the Holman Masterserve Foundation, where 1% of every job completed by participating garages is donated to the Foundation, raising £105,898 in 2025 alone.
Driving Efficiency
Fleet uptime remains critical for our customers. In 2025, we introduced a triaged approach to VOR, reducing average downtime to just 2.5 days and helping businesses keep operations moving.
We enhanced our Portfolio Management Solution with a machine‑learning‑powered Vehicle Replacement Model, delivering 94% accuracy in predicting replacement needs. This helps fleets right‑size, prioritise renewals, reduce downtime, and avoid unnecessary SMR spend.
To support leadership continuity and strategic focus, we also welcomed David Hunt as Interim Managing Director.
Innovation Through Partnerships
As electrification and data‑driven fleet management continued to accelerate, we expanded our network and solutions to support this shift.
We introduced home and depot charging capabilities, advanced telematics, and integrated fuel and charge card solutions for seamless energy management.
These tools, enriched with our broader data sources, unlock deeper fleet insight, empowering customers to make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.
Customer Collaboration
We continued to create spaces for shared learning and innovation. At our annual customer forum, The Holman Exchange, we welcomed representatives from 14 organisations for presentations, roundtables, and networking.
By prioritising customer goals, we achieved a CSAT score of 4.2/5, reflecting strong relationships and consistent service delivery.

Holman was proud to receive several awards in the past year, including:

- Commercial Fleet Company of the Year – Motor Trader Commercial Industry Awards

With four additional finalist placements, including Customer Service and Innovation, and two customer finalist nominations, these recognitions highlight the power of strong partnerships and our commitment to delivering what matters most.
We also ranked 15th in the FN50, reflecting growth driven by our finance lease funding model and the trust placed in us across the industry. This transparent, customer‑centric approach continues to set us apart.
