Holman: 2024 A Year in Review

What a remarkable year it’s been for Holman UK! From hitting the incredible milestone of 100 years to making a significant impact in our community, we’ve had plenty to celebrate. Our commitment to supporting local causes shone through with successful charity events, including a fundraiser golf day for The United Way and a volunteer day aiding our local homelessness charity.

We’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming many new faces into the Holman family, each bringing fresh energy and ideas. Together, we’ve achieved so much and set the stage for an even brighter future. A huge thank you to everyone in our amazing teams, our new and existing customers, and all our global partners for making the year so memorable.

So, let’s look back at some of the highlights:

  • Celebrating 100 Years of Holman! To mark the occasion, we hosted Holman 100 parties across all our global locations, from dealerships in Florida to racetracks in Cheltenham. We were honoured to welcome Mindy Holman, the wider Holman family, and our CEO, Chris Conroy, to our UK locations to meet every member of the team! At each event, we donated £10,000 to the United Way Charity, who focus on providing basic needs, access to education, income stability, and health assistance within our communities.
  • Industry-Leading Downtime: Our operations team have worked hard to reduce downtime to just over a 2-day average in 2024, that’s 40% quicker than our competitors!
  • Welcoming New Customers: We proudly onboarded a number of key fleet customers, including National Highways, to our growing customer base.
  • Giving Back: Supporting our communities is at the heart of our values. We’ve donated over $6.8 million to 625 charities and non-profit organisations that are close to our partners across our global locations. Holman partners have also volunteered over 6700 hours throughout the year, including food drives, gift giving, and charity walks during our “Days of Caring” events.
  • Award Winners! We won 3 awards this year, including most recently named Fleet Management Company of the Year at the 2025 WhatVan? Awards – a result of the incredible work of our entire team.
  • Climbing the FN50: We’re thrilled to have climbed the FN50 from number 19 to number 16 in just our second year.
  • Trusted Brand: We were “Highly Recommended” in the 100 Trusted Brands Report 2024/25 – making it for the third year in a row.
  • Sustainability Goals: We’ve helped our customers transition to electric, which has seen a 45% increase in electric cars and a 500% rise in electric vans across our managed fleets. Notably assisting one of our customers with an order of 3500 electric vehicles – the biggest order of EVs in the UK!
  • Driver Safety: We checked over 62,000 drivers through our Riskmaster programme, helping to keep them safe and returning home each night.
  • Growing Stronger: We welcomed 99 new partners to the Holman family in the UK – bringing a wealth of new skills and expertise to better serve our customers.
  • Investing in Our People: We invested over 200+ hours in training and development to ensure our team has the skills they need to succeed and to drive customer success.
  • Driver Support: We took over 260,000 calls in 2024, ranging from supporting a driver, to controlling costs of an invoice, each providing value to fleets our care, and supporting them to support their customer.

Looking back on a year that saw us celebrate our 100th anniversary, I’m filled with immense pride. It’s been a year of growth, innovation, and unwavering support for our local communities. I want to express my sincere gratitude to our entire team, our valued customers, and all our service partners for driving us forward.

Our commitment to sustainability has been a key driver of our success, and I’m excited to see how we continue to innovate in the years ahead. I’m looking forward to seeing what the start of the next 100 years brings!
